Successful for the second time: confern receives "German Service Award 2019".
After 2017, confern wins the German Service Award for the second time, drawn by the German Institute for Service Quality and the broadcaster n-tv. 501 companies competed in 12 industry categories, only 39 were able to convince with service and customer orientation at the 9th award ceremony - among them confern in the category "Living". Good service is rewarded by the customer . The company's commitment to continually investing in customer service and advice has thus paid off once again. The award, which is presented every two years, is based on evaluations of studies and customer surveys. A total of around 21,000 undercover test contacts and customer opinions were included in the ratings. "Our core competencies, with which we score points with customers, are sound advice, individualized offerings and a convincing quality of service," was the assessment of Andreas Kölling, Managing Director of confern, at the awards ceremony on February 21, 2019, at the Bertelsmann Representative Office in Berlin.
