Following the official opening, the conference kicked off with a diverse program. In addition to an introduction to the ProMovers e. V. network, Rene Belgar, the new sales manager at confern Umzugspartner, also gave a presentation.

A special focus was placed on future-oriented topics such as artificial intelligence and digitalization. Various presentations and practical examples demonstrated how modern technologies can support work processes in moving logistics.

The program was complemented by group work on current industry topics as well as insights into dispatching, EUROVAN, and the new Move Alliance management system “MoveExpert.”

In addition to the technical content, the conference offered numerous opportunities for personal interaction. The group wrapped up the first day with a joint evening event at the Q-Alm in a relaxed atmosphere.

A special highlight was the recognition of the TOP 15 Employees of the Year 2025. The award honors outstanding dedication and reflects the high quality and commitment within the network.

The second day also provided valuable insights: Among other things, new solutions such as the Axilio carrying system were presented, along with topics related to cargo insurance, procurement, and partner networks.

The conference once again demonstrated how important personal interaction and close collaboration within the network are. The high number of attendees underscores the event’s significance as a key platform for knowledge transfer and professional development in the industry.
