Our goal is your satisfaction.
The confern was founded in 1967 by 12 well-known German moving companies. The primary goal was to support each other and to avoid empty runs. Until today, these goals have lost nothing of their relevance and necessity. Currently 60 partner companies from all over Germany belong to the confern - group. 2,000 employees organize more than 40,000 moves a year, from planning and execution to final quality control. The development of confern continued in 2002 with the founding of Eurovan Deutschland GmbH and the associated establishment of an international network. More than 50 partner companies currently stand for international competence and optimal service. Other service areas such as new furniture distribution, storage, file archiving and 2-man logistics round off the portfolio.

Data & Facts
Number of moves: Every year, about 40,000 households move with confern. That's about the equivalent of moving a German city of 120,000 people like Würzburg to Göttingen... or vice versa.
Cartons used: Every year, confern uses about 1.1 million cartons to protect and transport your belongings. If these cartons are lined up, they result in the distance of 660 km, or once across Germany - from Aachen to Dresden.
Kilometers traveled: The confern trucks cover about 10 million km per year. This means that confern circles the globe every 1.5 days.
Moves to countries worldwide: In its more than 40-year history, confern has made moves to over 90% of all countries in the world. Most of them in Europe, followed by America and Asia.
Highlight:The move of the entire German Bundestag from Bonn to Berlin was a challenge overcome by the community of confern partners. From July 5 to 30, 1999, 200 confern employees were on duty every day to move a total of 32,000 cubic meters of removal goods from the old to the new capital. Every day, 40 containers were loaded onto the train. A total of 37,000 meters of files, 46,000 boxes of books and 1,300 PCs were moved during this relocation.
