In our endeavour to continually increase the quality of our service, confern implemented a quality assurance program, which was certified in 1994 according to EN ISO 9002, and again enhanced 2001 according to EN ISO 9001:2000.

Additionally, all confern employees take part in regularly scheduled training courses. After each and every move, our customers are surveyed about the quality of service received during their removal.The result: over 95% of all customers surveyed would again choose confern to carry out their removal
